Terms of Sale

Last updated September 2026

These terms govern any sale of Pokémon cards or collections to 865poke ("we," "us," "our"), whether through a bulk order or a collection buyout submitted at 865poke.com. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding sale agreement to sell to us. By submitting an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are the rightful owner of the cards being sold, with full authority to sell them.

Ownership and verification

Once your shipment is received at our facility, it becomes our property. We count and inspect the contents against what you declared at checkout.

If the verified count matches your declaration, you are paid the full quoted amount.

If the verified count comes up short, we deduct the difference from your payout at the same per-card rate you were originally quoted for that category. We do not return shipments — declare your counts as accurately as you can before shipping.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the verified count if it differs meaningfully from your declaration, but final payout is based on our verification, not your original estimate.

Excluded items

We do not accept, and will not pay for, the following if included in a shipment: non-English cards, sleeved cards (remove from sleeves and toploaders before shipping), World Championship deck cards, basic Energy cards, and cards below Lightly Played condition. All bulk categories are English-language cards only, Near Mint to Lightly Played (NM-LP) condition. These will be pulled during verification and will not count toward your payout. Repeated inclusion of excluded items may result in a shipment being declined for future orders.

Collection buyouts are limited to raw singles and graded slabs. We do not currently purchase sealed product.

Payouts

All payouts are made exclusively via PayPal Goods & Services to the PayPal account associated with the email address you provide. The email you submit must match your PayPal account. We do not offer ACH, check, wire, or any other payout method at this time.

Payouts are typically issued within 48 hours of count verification. Large payouts may require basic identity verification before funds are released.

Orders and collections must total at least $40 in estimated payout to submit. This minimum reflects the fixed shipping and verification cost we incur per order regardless of size.

Standard PayPal Goods & Services fees are deducted from your payout by PayPal at the time of transfer — the amount we quote is before that fee.

Shipping

We generate and pay for a prepaid shipping label for every order at no cost to you. Shipments 20 lbs and over are shipped using a USPS Large Flat Rate Box; shipments under 20 lbs use standard parcel service. You are responsible for packaging your shipment securely and including the printed packing slip with your order number inside the box.

Disputes

If you believe a verification or payout was handled incorrectly, contact us first so we can review it directly — most issues can be resolved quickly this way. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and venue for any dispute will be in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the verified value of the cards received. We are not responsible for cards lost or damaged in transit before they reach our facility — we recommend using a shipping method with tracking, which our prepaid labels include.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders submitted after the update is posted. Continued use of 865poke.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
